The Legendary Computing Network Enterprise or better known as TLC Network Enterprise was established on 21 October 2003 by a young and energetic entrepreneur, with the interest of providing end to end IT solutions, not only to businesses but as well as home users.

TLC Network Enterprise was established with the objective of providing the right solutions for all its’ clients.

TLC provides a wide range of services that includes the followings: -

  • Networking
  • Restoration
  • Helpdesk Support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Maintenance
  • On-site support
The Consultation provided does not only covers hardware and software but as well as types of networks and securities. Whenever necessary, TLC will study the clients’ current network and security system and suggest amendments that are economical and practical for the clients.

TLC provides installation services for its’ clients, whether from the corporate world or home users. Installation of hardware and software will only be carried out once the client is satisfied with the proposed hardware and software to be implemented.

TLC networking is the implementation of the proposed network for its’ clients. Networking will include the purchase and implementation of the required hardware and software.

Not many IT companies provide restoration of data, network as well as hardware. TLC Network Enterprise will only carry out the restoration work once the source of problem is identified and the economic benefits and practicality has been taken into account.

TLC Network Enterprise does not only cater for the corporate and home users but also for the small and medium sized businesses (SMB) that do not have their own IT support team. TLC’s dedicated team of IT Specialists will provide the Helpdesk Support required by these companies.

Besides Helpdesk Support, TLC Network also provides Maintenance and Troubleshooting services. The Maintenance services provided are on contract basis with the choice of 6 months to a few years. The Troubleshooting services are not on contract basis as it caters mostly for home users.

On-Site Support is also available for corporate companies and SMB.
